Wagner's
is known throughout the area for our exceptional Meat Department.
We use only USDA Choice beef, plus a full line of Angus Pride Premium
Choice beef for those special meals. Flavorful, juicy and tender
every time!
Wagner's own Sausage Kitchen is always busy, making meats and sausages
you won't find anywhere else! We use recipes handed down for generations,
as well as new recipes developed and taste-tested by our meat staff.
After decades of fine-tuning our recipes in 2 authentic, old-fashioned
smokers, we now have a state-of-the-art smokehouse so every batch
of sausage we make is as mouth-watering as the last. Oh, and we
still use real hickory chips- no liquid flavoring products
for OUR customers!
